Welcome to my healing practice! I am licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and also certified as a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner (HTCP). Therefore, I offer two different services: online psychotherapy and online & in-person energy healing, both of which offer a holistic approach to healing and personal growth.
FOR PSYCHOTHERAPY CLIENTS:
If choosing this service, please select the "psychotherapy" client label during registration, so that you complete the correct intake forms. My therapeutic toolbox includes Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Whether you're seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or simply want to enhance your overall well-being, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your healing journey. My additional training in energy healing allows me to connect with psychotherapy clients in a heart-centered way and provide additional unique mindfulness tools to help you feel more grounded and centered. Together, we will tap into your inner strengths, cultivate self-compassion, and develop practical strategies to help you achieve your goals. Current insurance companies accepted are Oregon Health Plan (OHP), PacificSource Commercial Plans, and Aetna. Private pay is $125 for individual sessions and $175 for couples.
FOR ENERGY HEALING CLIENTS:
If choosing this service, please select the "energy healing" client label during registration, so that you complete the correct intake forms. I use energy based techniques such as Reiki, Healing Touch and other intuitive techniques during sessions. These energy healing sessions (whether online or in-person**) are not just a way to relax and unwind – it’s a path towards a deeper understanding of yourself and the universe around you. Each of us is connected to a greater source of energy, and by tapping into that energy, you can unlock your full potential and create a life of purpose and meaning. This source of energy is present in all of us, but sometimes your energy can become blocked or stagnant due to stress, negative emotions, or other factors and leave you feeling depleted, disconnected, and unfulfilled. Through Healing Touch and intuitive techniques, you can release these blockages and allow the energy to flow freely through your mind, body, and spirit for your overall well-being. When you’re connected to this source of energy, you may feel more alive, centered, and in tune with the universe around you. You may also have a clearer sense of your purpose and a deeper understanding of your place in the world. You will receive a personalized chakra and energy field analysis as part of each session. The analysis is designed to identify any areas that may be blocked or stagnant and will be used to tailor each session to your specific needs, ensuring that you receive the most effective treatment possible. After each session, you will receive another analysis to track your progress and identify any changes in your energy field. Based on the results, you will then be provided with energy-based techniques, specifically selected for your needs, that you can do at home on your own to further boost your healing. My additional training as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker allows me to offer energy healing clients support through other therapeutic approaches, resources and tools to support your healing journey. Energy Healing sessions are not covered by insurance and are private pay only at $155 for 90 min session, $125 for 60 min session, and $65 for 30 min session. **If booking an in-person session, you will receive a follow-up email with physical address and other details. If you are a first time client, at least 20-30 minutes will need to be spent on reviewing your Intake Form and history during your first appointment.
